2. Products & Warranty

We provide high-quality AGM and EFB batteries, each backed by a manufacturer’s warranty ranging from 1 to 5 years.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover discharged (flat) batteries or damage caused by misuse or improper installation.
In the event of a fault, we will replace the battery within 48 working hours. Collection of the faulty unit is provided free of charge.
Our technical team will assess warranty claims via phone diagnosis to confirm eligibility.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch.
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as bank transfers.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Delivery

We offer both standard and expedited next-working-day delivery services.
All AGM and EFB battery orders qualify for free next-day delivery.
Battery Supplies Ltd is not responsible for delivery delays caused by couriers or unforeseen events.

5. Returns & Refunds

Products may be returned within 14 days, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is found to be faulty.

We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from battery failure.
